MODEL DP- 30 X 30 DOUBLE PUMP PACKAGE WITH COMPRESSION TANK
AND AIR PURGE COMPLETE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
TWO PUMPS: Each pump is an end fed centrifugal stamped stainless
steel pump with a stainless steel impeller, each pump will supply
0 gpm at 0 HF (0 psi) and is close coupled to a 0 hp 0 rpm TEFC
pump motor.
PUMP FITTINGS: 0" connections with inlet flow switch and 0" pump
suction and discharge headers, each pump complete with suction shut-off
valve, suction strainer, suction flange or union, discharge flange
or union, discharge check valve, discharge flow control valve, pressure
gauge with shut-off valve and discharge thermometer with brass well.
One pump can be removed for service while the other is operating.
COMPRESSION TANK SYSTEM: Complete with a mild steel ASME approved
00 gallon compression tank, a 0" air purge, a dual pressure reducing
fill valve and pressure relief valve.
HOUSING: Galvanized steel watertight housing with removable panels
for service.
CONTROL PANEL: Weather proof control panel complete with pump motor
starters with thermal overloads, pump three phase fuses, control
transformer with primary and secondary fuses, power on light, pump
run and fail lights, local-off-remote switch for remote starting
of pump package, one (1) flow switch and two (2) hand-off-auto switches
for with an alternating relay for starting of second pump if first
pump fails and an automatic 24 hour lead - lag timer for equal run
time on pumps. SIZE: Rugged bolted galvanized steel frame, control
box, top and side panels.
FRAMESIZE: 0"l x 0"w x 0"h. VOLTAGE: 0, 3 phase, 0 hertz.
FULL LOAD AMPS: 0.0 amps with both pumps operating. MCA: 0 amps
with both pumps operating.
RECOMMENDED FUSE SIZE: 0 amps with both pumps operating.
WARRANTY: 1 YEAR parts warranty on the whole unit.
OPTIONS (add): EXPANSION TANK: ASME certified 15 gallon compression
tank complete with airtrol fitting, pressure relief, inlet connection
with shut-off valve and union, shipped loose for installation in
main header an air purge.

Single Pump Tank Set:
Single pump tank set can be used where the
process water flow is constant and the flow is the same as the chiller.
Not
recommended for cooling towers in a cold climate where the cooling
tower can freeze.
Dual
Pump tank set is the most common type and has two pumps. One
pump is dedicated to the cooling towers or chillers to maintain
constant flow required by them to ensure maximum efficiency and
safe operation.
